Treat your accessories with care! Like your favorite candy, they should be the last thing you add and the first thing you enjoy taking off. Handle them gently—no excessive stretching, twisting, or bending. And remember, our sweet pieces aren’t for sleeping, swimming, or showering.

Jewelry Return and Resizing Policy

At Color Candy Shop, we take great pride in our handcrafted jewelry and understand that handmade pieces are special. We also recognize that some bracelets may require a perfect fit or match. Therefore, we offer resizing on most of our handmade stretch bracelets (unless otherwise specified) within 7 days of delivery. There is a $5 per bracelet resizing fee, along with a $3 per order shipping cost. Please note that return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

If you are not completely satisfied with your handmade piece, we are happy to arrange an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at yum@colorcandyshop.com before mailing your item. Exchanges are contingent upon the inspection of the items once received.

For safety and hygiene reasons, earrings are FINAL SALE. For other items, while we do not accept returns for jewelry, we are committed to helping you find the perfect product through our exchange process. All exchanged items must be new, unworn, unopened with all original tags and packaging.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged: At Color Candy Shop, we meticulously inspect every piece before shipping to ensure it meets our exacting standards. However, we understand that mistakes and accidents can occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing yum@colorcandyshop.com. We will promptly arrange for a careful repair or send you a replacement piece.
